The entertainment group represents entertainers and entertainment companies with their international corporate related legal needs in the areas of music, film, television, merchandising, book publishing, and live theatre. The group places special emphasis on sophisticated and high-level employment and compensation agreements for entertainment figures and has structured numerous such agreements for leading industry artists.

Our attorneys have acted for The Association of Producers of Movies for Cinema and Television in Israel.

We represent producers and advise a series of production companies, amongst the largest in Israel, working mainly in the production of advertisements and movies.

We participate in negotiations on behalf of independent producers, negotiating with the Israel Broadcast Station, the Second Channel for Television and Radio, the Council of Cable and Satellite Broadcast and other associations dealing with the entertainment industry.

In the area of telecommunications and broadcast law, our attorneys regularly provide assistance to foreign and domestic Israeli interests seeking to enter the rapidly expanding local market and abroad, particularly in Europe and the former Soviet Union.

Our attorneys provided regulatory and administrative law assistance to North American and European consortiums seeking to enter the Israeli telecommunications market (international telephony, radio broadcasting, satellite broadcasting, internet and wireless access).
